Paula Casano's career in the beauty and fashion industry spans nearly two decades, beginning her apprenticeship while still in high school and developing her own clientele. Her experience and expertise has been acknowledged both by industry leaders and an expansive client-base that includes magazine editors, rock and roll stars and broadway actors. |

Before creating Insitu, Ms. Casano was the Manager and Artistic Director for the Jon Megaris Salon 5th Avenue. Paula was the Artistic Director of the Peter Thorell Salon and Day Spa on the North Shore of Long Island and she worked as an ambassador for the Tony & Guy Company, performing public speaking duties for the metropolitan area salons on advanced beauty and fashion education and product knowledge. Ms. Casano attended the Vidal Sasoon Institute in Toronto, the Laboratory Biosthetique, where courses specialized in hair, skin, make-up and aromatherapy. She learned color technique at the L'Oreal Academy. She continued her education to Dallas, Palm Springs, and in Paris, France. Ms. Casano continues to bring her unique, creative style and techniques to trade shows and private consultations. Her lifelong dream and vision to create a place of retreat and rejuvenation has come to fruition in Insitu. |
